What we collect

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, service interest and project message. Company and budget are optional. We also record the submission time and the page associated with the inquiry.

How we use it

We use these details to respond, discuss your project and keep a record of the conversation. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores submitted inquiries. Resend processes notification emails sent to our team’s Gmail inbox. These providers may process information in countries outside your own.

Spam protection

We use a hidden spam field and a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated attempts. The website does not store your raw IP address in its lead database.

Retention and access

We keep inquiry information while it is needed to discuss or deliver the work and manage our business records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete an inquiry by emailing thedigitalcollabmedia@gmail.com. We may need to retain information required for an active engagement or applicable record-keeping obligations.
